THE GARDEN
The garden of the villa has undergone many transformations since the first owners, a big part was sold, but we still have 2.500m² with some trees older than the house itself.
There
In 2002 the entrance was moved to build the swimming pool and the secure car parking. This garden is the focus of our attention, especially the palm trees that are becoming scarce all over the coast because of the red weevil.
Our family, our guests, our friends … are happy in this garden as are the many birds, squirrels and especially Funky, our adorable boxer!

ABOUT
A little pearl on the Côte d’Azur! Palm trees, cedar and pine trees more than a century old, eucalyptus, majestic agaves, mimosas and so many other species in our garden, each season has its own special charm.
In winter, mimosas have yellow spots and small scented balls. It is also the season of the clementines and lemons we have growing. In the spring, wisteria flowers around the pine trunk.
Later, it is the turn of bougainvillea a flamboyant rose to assault the facade of the house! Many other attractions: the large swimming pool, the small pond with its fountain, barbecue, a petanque court … birds,
